Jig Complete

After 2 back wrecking weekends, the jig is up and ready to go.

Here it is with the megagussets, clamps and lumber made from plywood. The bits labeled A and B continue on up to the upper half of the frames/ribs. The plan is to assemble the bottoms, flip them and assemble the tops

I also cut all but 4 gussets, so I'm super close to actual construction finally.
